A. The advanced parole form does not take the place of your passport so visas will not be affixed to it. An advanced parole for the U.S. comes as a form. It's called Form I-512, and there isn't any country which would place a visa on this form. Any visa you might need would need to be placed in your passport. Your passport would not be required to reenter the U.S. with the I-512, but presenting your passport would be wise as it would serve as proof that you are the person to whom the I-512 was issued, plus the officer will be able to stamp your passport with a parole stamp, and that will act as an official record of your parole into the U.S. You will also receive a parole I-94.
